If we believe our product is right for you then we will show you exactly why that is, and if not, then we will always be honest and upfront with you.
Spray foam insulation can be sprayed directly onto tile, slate, sarking felt, sarking boards, and also breathable felts. The roof does not need to be ventilated, so the roof space is warmer meaning the water pipes and tanks can’t freeze, even in extreme winters.

Pirthane® ‘O’ is an insulating system with excellent fire resistant properties. It complies with the requirements for a Class 0 surface as defined in Paragraph A12(b) of Approved Document B ‘Fire Safety’, to the Building Regulations 1991. It has a Class 1 surface spread of flame when tested to BS476 Part 7 1997; when tested to BS476 Part 6 1989 the material achieved a fire propagation index (I) of not more than 12 and subindex (i1) of not more than 6.
PIRTHANE® ‘O’ comprises of a low thermal conductivity insulating foam.
Duratherm® OS is an HCFC AND CFC FREE two component, 1:1 ratio, rigid foam system which produces a rigid foam of approximate density 40kg/m3 with exceptionally good compressive strength. Service temperature range -15°C to 70°C. When tested to BS476 part 7 the foam achieves a Class 1 surface spread of flame.
Vapour Control Layer (VCL)
Used in conjunction with Duratherm® OS, our sprayable vapour barrier coatings have Class 0 compliance and therefore dry to form a flame resistant finish.
Buildings suffering from poor insulation are prone to issues with condensation. Applying a minimal thickness of 30mm of polyurethane spray foam insulation, will ensure a condensation free environment.
With spray foam insulation there is no need to compromise on insulation standards or energy efficiency in either retro-fit or new build projects.
Thank you for doing my garage/man cave; top job, nice guys, would recommend.
Ken Caldwell, Chipping Norton
From my first contact with Foamspray to the completed job, everything went really well, and I am very pleased with the end result. I was looking for a way to insulate my garage room to stop condensation in the winter, and Jerry was very helpful in explaining the options and providing a quote, with no ‘hard sell’ at all. It was all arranged by phone and despite being a long way from Leeds, the guys came when expected, and did a great job. The insulation works very well, keeping everything in the garage warm and dry over the last winter beautifully. I have no hesitation in recommending Foamspray at all.
