Highly efficient spray applied polyurethane foam is a cost effective insulation material. Foamspray Technology insulation works in 2 ways, by keeping the storage area cool in the summer and warm in the winter, reducing temperature control costs and providing a cost effective solution to the problems associated with condensation. It is an ideal solution for ambient and cold storage.
Foamspray is an HCFC AND CFC FREE two component, 1:1 ration, rigid foam system which, when processed through suitable spray machinery (Gusmer, Glas-Craft Probler etc.) will produce a rigid foam of approximate density 35 kg/m sq with exceptionally good compressive strength and excellent insulation value. Its ease of use and lightweight structure coupled with the ability to cover large areas within minimum timescales has made it a cost effective solution to most commercial requirements.
Workshop and Factory Applications.
Foamspray provides a single polyurethane application that can be used to insulate, eliminate condensation, bond roofing materials, encapsulate asbestos and can be sprayed over Styrofoam. It can be used for both internal and external applications. With external application a UV coating is applied to eliminate PU breakdown.
In the cases of upgrades, conversions etc., all surfaces to be treated should be clean, DRY and relatively dust free to enable the polyurethane to adhere correctly. It is assumed that all building works are completed prior to our arrival on site.

Foamspray use only materials that carry a certification to Class 1 Fire Rating to British Safety Standards BS 476 Part 7.
