FOAMSPRAY TECHNOLOGY - INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
Foamspray Technology's spray on insulation has been formulated using specialist "Polyurethane System Technology" (PST) that suits both industrial and commercial insulation requirements.
The Foamspray PST system adheres to most structures such as:
- Metal sheeting
- Fibre
- Cement
- Concrete
- Steel
- Asbestos sheeting
Once sprayed the foam technology expands to over 30 times its given thickness and has a lightweight structure with only 3 kilos per square metre at a depth of 50mm.
The polyurethane spray foam has the ability to cover large areas efficiently, quickly, and with minimum impact to weight added to structures, means that it has become the most cost effective solution to commercial insulation requirements.
Warehousing
As the spray polyurethane spray foam can be applied to almost any surface it is a firm favourite within the warehousing industry. The ease of application means that large areas can be covered within minimal timescales and with the added benefit of covering minor cracks and holes within the roof structure, cutting out costly roof re-cladding whilst insulating at the same time.
Works Shops & Garage Units
Foamspray provides a single polyurethane application that can be used to insulate, eliminate condensation, bond roofing materials, encapsulate asbestos and can be sprayed over Styrofoam. It can be used for both internal and external applications. With external application a UV coating is applied to eliminate PU breakdown.
Industrial and Factory Units
Spray applied polyurethane foam provides the ideal solution for insulation and condensation control within industrial units and buildings. It can be applied to most surfaces to improve the working environment and reduce costly fuel bills. Nissan Huts
As Nissan Huts are of a curved roof structure, The Polyurethane spray foam system is the ideal choice. Due to the foam being applied as a liquid it follows the contour of the building, bonding to the complete underside of the roof in a seamless blanket of insulation, preventing air bridging and eliminating condensation issues associated with these often metal profile buildings.
