Where structural strength is required, but where weight is a particularly important issue, a frequently used solution is our Rigid PU Foam, FOAMFILL TWENTY 10.
FOAMFILL TWENTY10 is a relatively new 2 part rigid pour foam system, which when mixed together will expand to around 25 times its original size. The versatility of the application enables the materials to flow through complex cavities' or irregular void filling all obscure angles and creating an extremely strong yet lightweight seamless core bonding the entire structure together. Dependent upon the project and requirements various reactivity's and densities are available.
There are 2 ways in which the pour foam can be mixed, either by hand or with the use of a hand mixer, although for larger applications more powerful equipment would be required.

FOAMFILL TWENTY10 has extremely effective insulation values as well as substantial physical reinforcement, excellent adhesion characteristics, reduces air and water penetration and also enhances erosion resistance on the internal side of the structure to which it has been applied.
FOAMFILL TWENTY10 is processed through specialized dispensing machinery and produces a rigid foam product, with an in-place density of 40 kg/cubic metre. The foam has excellent compressive strength to weight ratio and exhibits a waterproof, closed-cell structure, with high flow and super adhesive properties.
The foam is fire-retardant, closed-cell, which means water cannot pass through it and is very strong for its very low weight:
