Over time all roofs will lose their ability to keep out the wind and rain and keep in the heat. Tiles, slates, nails, battens and felt may all be damaged or even missing on older properties. Rooflock effectively bonds all your roof components, stabilising the roof structure, reducing heat loss and providing you with a usable condensation and frost free roof-space.
For most homes the Rooflock system is applied in one day and locks loose slates or tiles in place while keeping wind rain and dust ingress at bay. Foamspray Technology roof-lock is applied to the complete underside of the roof. The foam is applied to a thickness of 40 to 50 millimeters and is sprayed between, and not over, the rafters and purlins. It is applied directly on to the back of the tiles or slates, and over the fixing batons, creating a continuous seamless barrier therefore providing excellent stability and insulation values.
