FOAMSPRAY TECHNOLOGY - COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS
Foamspray Technology's spray on insulation has been formulated using specialist "Polyurethane System Technology" (PST) that suits both commercial and industrial insulation requirements.
The Foamspray PST system adheres to most structures such as:
- Metal sheeting
- Fibre
- Cement
- Concrete
- Steel
- Asbestos sheeting
Once sprayed the foam technology expands to over 30 times its given thickness and has a lightweight structure with only 3 kilos per square metre at a depth of 50mm.
The polyurethane spray foam has the ability to cover large areas efficiently, quickly, and with minimum impact to weight added to structures, means that it has become the most cost effective solution to commercial insulation requirements.
Container Storage
An application of as little as 25mm of polyurethane foam can be spray applied to create a seamless blanket of insulation to the roof and sides of the container, creating an ambient space and eliminating the risk of condensation, thus protecting the contents.
Swimming Pools
Due to the high humidity within bath areas we are finding that the spray foam application is a solution to the common problem of intense condensation. Spraying over the roof area with a single application produces a seamless blanket of foam, stopping the hot air and cool air bridging, thus eliminating the condensation.
Car Parks
The Spray in place technology ensures the insulation will follow any profile seamlessly. The foam is lightweight, offers excellent permanent adhesion to all building materials and greatly reduces the cost of any future maintenance. Its use is not restricted to soffits. It can be applied in any situation where compliance for a class 0 surface is required.
