Class 1 Fire Rating to British Safety Standards BS 476 Part 7.
The Foamspray system uses a rigid polyurethane foam which sprays to a fine cellular structure with high compressive strength and excellent adhesion and insulation. Sprayfoam does not contain any CFC's.
The sprayfoam system adheres to most structures such as metal sheeting, fibre, cement, concrete steel, and asbestos sheeting. Once sprayed it expands to over 30 times its given thickness. It has a lightweight structure with only 3 kilos per square meter at a depth of 50mm.
The spray applied polyurethane foam system cures within 7 seconds of application forming a seamless thermal barrier to the total internal structure. It can be sprayed to any specified thickness Depending on client's specific requirements.
